Following close on the heels of their Salon Exhibition, Oil Painters of America's Eastern Regional Exhibition opens on Friday, Nov. 6. This year's Eastern Regional is hosted by Eckert & Ross Fine Art in Indianapolis IN.
We're very pleased to say that Charles' new figure painting "Alabaster Silk" will be there amongst the 112 finalists.
