We're very pleased to announce that last weekend at the Oil Painters of America National Exhibition "Majesty Rising" was awarded the John August Dietrich Memorial Figurative Award of Excellence!A big thank you to awards judge Sherrie McGraw and to InSight Gallery in Fredericksburg TX for hosting in their beautiful space.
Unfortunately we weren't able to make it to the opening reception (I hear we missed a great weekend!) but the gallery was kind enough to send us a photo of the painting with her ribbon.
The exhibition will remain up until June 17, and is also available to view on the gallery's website.
