"Incense Burner" receives award at Salon International

We've had a busy few weeks recently, or I would have posted this great news sooner --
"Incense Burner" won an Honorable Mention for Artistic Excellence at the Salon International Exhibition in San Antonio TX!

The exhibition comes down later this week, but is currently still available to view on-line at the Greenhouse Gallery of Fine Art's website.
The awarding judge was New York based artist Max Ginsburg.

Painting Classes in Atlanta

The next session of Charles' ongoing painting classes in Atlanta will start up again next week.
These classes regularly utilize still life, portrait and figure work.

SPECIAL for the April / May session:
The evening class will have a figure model available for all six classes!
The afternoon class will work from still life for the first 4 classes, and from a figure for the last 2 classes of the session.

Painting - Design and Technique
Tuesday afternoons (1-4 pm) or evenings (6-8:30 pm)
$140 for six weeks

next 4 session dates:
- April 16 - May 28, 2013 (no class April 30)
- July 2 - August 6, 2013
- September 3 - October 8, 2013
- November 5 - December 10, 2013
