The next 6 week session of Charles' ongoing painting classes at Binders will start up again on Tuesday, April 8. Both afternoon and evening classes are offered, making Binders the place to be on Tuesdays! :-)
His classes have proved very popular, for his aim is to teach the fundamental principles of design and technique, giving the participant a good solid core of knowledge on which to build their own artistic vision.
